For the second time this year, Calvin junior Bryce Reynolds (Byron Center, Mich./South Christian HS) has been named the MIAA Field Athlete of the Week for Men's Indoor Track and Field. At the MIAA Championships this past weekend, Reynolds set a new MIAA record in the weight throw, winning the event with a heave of 59-11 3/4. His throw currently ranks eighth nationally. He later finished third in the shot put with a season-best throw of 48-7 1/2. Reynolds helped the Calvin men finish second in the final team standings with 145 points.
