Free 24/7 support for any crisis.  A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from a secure online platform.

800-662-4357 - Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) National Helpline

A free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) HelpLine

MindWise Mental Health Screening

A simple yet effective way to check on your mental health and get connected to support for common conditions like anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, disordered eating, and more.

Suicide Prevention Training (email lauren.bryne@miaa.org for redemption code)

An online training that can be offered as a 30-minute, self-guided course or a 60-minute peer-to-peer training.  This evidence-based program uses videos and interactive learning to teach students how to ACT (Acknowledge, Care, Tell) if they are worried about themselves or a friend.
