Among the highlights from the 2018 season:
- After winning the 2018 MIAA regular season championship with an unblemished 8-0 record, Calvin doubled up Saint Mary's 16-8 to win the 2018 MIAA tournament title.
- The 2018 All-MIAA team featured Calvin's Kelly Pepper (Most Valuable Player, Offense) and Albion's Taylor Nelson (Most Valuable Player, Defense). Saint Mary's Erin Doyle was named the conference's Rookie of the Year.
- Calvin was unable to expand on their 10-game winning streak in the national tournament, as the Knights lost their NCAA Championship opener to Denison, 21-4.
