Senior swimmer Isabella Gable (Greenville, Ohio / Arcanum-Butler) and the 20th-ranked Calvin University women's swimming and diving team won the dual meet versus Wheaton College (Ill.) over the weekend. Gable won the 50 freestyle in 24.8, was the lead-off for the Knghts winning 400 freestyle relay with a time of 52.9 (the fastest 100 freestyle at the meet), and had the fastest 50 backstroke split in the 200 Medley relay in 28.0. To top off her dominant performance, Gable also broke a school record in the 400 IM by 5 seconds with a time of 4:32.8, making it the fastest in the conference and 8th best time in the NCAA.
