Thirteen MIAA Volleyball Players Selected as CSC Academic All-District® Honorees

Thirteen student-athletes from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) were announced to the Academic All-District® Volleyball Team by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on November 22, 2022.

The 2022 Academic All-District® Football and Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field or court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes football and volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First- and second-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in late December.

Calvin University leads the MIAA volleyball teams with four All-District® honorees, followed by both Albion College and Kalamazoo College with three honorees.  Two players from Trine University were recognized, while one from Hope College was named to the All-District Team®.
