At the conclusion of the 2019 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association volleyball regular season, head coaches from the MIAA's nine member institutions that sponsor volleyball voted on All-MIAA awards.

Calvin senior Sarah DeVries was named the MIAA Most Valuable Player after earning Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2018. Other superlative award winners were Calvin's Aubrey Wrubel as Defensive Player of the Year, Saint Mary's Megan Collantes as Freshman of the Year, and Trine's Danielle Stanichuk as the Senior Sportswoman of the Year.

DeVries was in the top 10 in multiple statistical categories in MIAA play, including kills per set (first, 4.63), attack percentage (first, .490), service aces per set (first, 0.50), (blocks per set (sixth, 0.96), and assists per set (10th, 5.25). DeVries, who was named the AVCA Player of the Year in 2018, was named the National Player of the Week earlier this season.

Wrubel led Calvin and ranked sixth in MIAA play in digs per set (4.29) in helping hold Calvin MIAA opponents to a .059 hitting percentage on the way to being named to the All-MIAA Second Team.

Collantes ranked sixth in MIAA contests in kills per set (3.39) while hitting .234; Collantes also had MIAA season stats of 120 digs (4.29 digs per set) and 10 blocks (0.36 blocks per set) in also earning All-MIAA Second Team honors.

Stanichuck is the first MIAA Senior Sportswoman of the Year for volleyball. The award honors a senior volleyball player for excellence in the NCAA Division III ideals.

DeVries is now a four-time All-MIAA selection, including a three-time first-team honoree. Albion's Grace Van Dorn earned All-MIAA accolades for the third time with three consecutive selections to the All-MIAA second team.
