WOOSTER, Ohio – Albion College defeated Capital University in four sets (25-17, 20-25, 25-23, 25-17) and swept Oberlin College (25-20, 25-11. 25-12) to complete its weekend trip to the College of Wooster Invitational with a 4-0 record.

"We had an impressive weekend," Albion coach Kristin de St. Aubin said. "We have been working very hard to take care of the little things in practice and I think the outcome speaks for itself. I'm very proud of how we are growing as a team and continuing the challenge each other every day to be better.

"Ami Milligan did a great job of distributing the offense and took control of the matches," de St. Aubin added. "Taylor Rosenthal made the all-tournament team, Lauren Outwater had a great weekend and we had great defensive production from Monica Shuk, Angela Adams and Kristin Yeager."

Albion, now 10-3 overall, returns to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association action with a Tuesday night match at Calvin College.
