• Adrian visited cross-town foe Siena Heights for the Don Kleinow Memorial Invitational April 13. Rachel Dolphin (Sr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) had two top-three finishes for the Bulldogs, finishing second in the 200m dash (26.74) and third in the 100m dash (12.93).

• Albion traveled to Indiana for the Ball State Challenge April 15, where Emilee Kinney (So., Kenockee, Mich.) had a record-setting weekend. Running solo in the 200m dash, Kinney posted an Albion-record time of 26.02, and then was part of the team's record-smashing 4x100m relay that crossed in 49.35.

• Alma served as host for the Jim Cole Scottie Open April 14, where the Scots finished second overall thanks to strong performances. Kathleen Collingwood (Sr., Benzonia, Mich.) claimed the Alma record in the hammer throw with a toss of 44.87 meters to finish third overall.

• Calvin competed at the Don Kleinow Invitational April 13, with Jenna Dyksen (Jr., Hawthorne, N.J.) winning the 100m hurdles (15.43) and Allison Rozell (Fr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) taking first in the long jump (17 feet, 8.75 inches). On April 14, Calvin distance runners Lauren Strohbehn (Sr., Stillwater, Minn.) and Hope Gaffner (Sr., Hudsonville, Mich.) turned in top times in the 10,000m run, with both efforts ranking in the top 35 nationally.

• Olivet saw two school records fall at the Don Kleinow Invitational April 13, as Abigail Gaines (Jr., Niles, Mich.) won the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 13:05.81, and Michaela Kaliniak (Jr., Sparta, Mich.) posting a program-best 10 feet in the pole vault.

• Trine placed fourth at the Indiana Division III Championship April 15, hosted by DePauw University. Along Trine's top finishes were Jenna Gales (Fr., Mendon, Mich.), as she was tabbed the Most Valuable Track Athlete of the meet with wins in the 400m dash (1:00.81) and 4x400m relay (4:05.94) along with a second-place finish in the 200m dash (27.51). Kara Eck (Jr., Auburn, Ind.) won both the hammer throw (55.11m) to set a meet record and move into fifth nationally, and the shot put (13.34m).
