• Adrian boasted eight event wins at the Huntington University Invitational April 8. Kyla Sovran (Fr.) was a winner in the 400m dash (1:04.26) for a career best while also aiding the 4x400m relay team to victory (4:11.34). Sovran also had a personal best with her ninth-place finish in the 800m run.
• Albion's Angela Morrison (Sr., Westland, Mich.) was stellar in the hurdle events at the Marv Frye Invitational April 8, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan. Morrison won the 100m hurdles (15.57) and was the runner-up in the 400m hurdles despite an Albion record setting time of 1:05.54.
• Alma turned in a pair of wins at the Bulldog Open April 8, hosted by Ferris State. Kaitlyn Arnold (Sr., Jackson, Mich.) won the 5000m run with a time of 17:31.46, while field teammate Erin Goggins (So., Hastings, Mich.) reached 3.05 meters in the pole vault to win the event.
• Calvin had one event winner at the Ferris State Bulldog Open April 8, as Allison Rozell (GFr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) was the winner in the javelin with a personal-best effort of 117 feet, 11 inches and added a third-place finish in the long jump (16 feet, 2.5 inches).
• Hope traveled to Wheaton, Ill., for the Wheaton Invitational April 8. Rachel Satkiewicz (Jr., Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) won the 400m dash in 57.51, aiding the Flying Dutch to a fifth-place finish as a team. Hope added three second-place finishes; Hannah Kenny (Fr., Grand Haven, Mich.) finished second in the 3000m steeplechase (12:41.83) to lead four Hope scorers in the event.
• Olivet had a strong showing at the Ferris State Bulldog Open April 8, where Zoe Feighner (So., Rives Junction, Mich.) had a personal best time in the 1500m run (5:40.34) while throwing the javelin 70 feet, 6 inches.
