MIAA Women's Track and Field NCAA Recap

The 2017 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships May 25-27 featured many highlight performances for student-athletes representing the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association.

Along with Erin Herrmann's national title in the 3,000m steeplechase, Hope had a second All-American with Alison Rich's eighth-place finish in the heptathlon. 

Calvin's Michaela Meckes had a top 10 finish in the discus, while Angela Morrison of Albion placed 11th nationally in the heptathlon. Also adding 11th place finishes were Herrmann in the 5,000m run and Trine's Kara Eck in the shot put.
