• Albion improved to 4-0 in MIAA competition with three league wins on the week. The Brits won at Adrian April 4, 5-4, and added an 8-1 victory at Olivet April 6. Albion wrapped up the week with a 7-2 win at Trine April 9. Lauren Rasmussen (Sr., Ann Arbor, Mich.) ground out a 6-1, 6-7 (4-7), 1-0 (10-7) win at No. 1 singles against Trine's Madison Hatkevich; it was the third third-set win for Rasmussen at No. 1 singles on the week.
• Calvin turned in a trio of victories last week to improve to 8-6 overall, with two MIAA wins in the mix. Against Alma April 4 and Olivet April 8, the Knights tallied 9-0 victories; Claire Spoelhof (Sr., Holland, Mich.) went 2-0 at No. 1 singles and 2-1 at No. 1 doubles for the week.
• Hope posted a 3-1 week, including a 9-0 sweep over Kalamazoo April 4; on the day, Nancy Benda (Sr., Birmingham, Mich.) went 8-3 at No. 1 doubles and 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 singles. The Flying Dutch added two non-conference wins during their trip to Wisconsin, defeating #36 Gustavus Adolphus 8-1 April 7 and #32 Kenyon April 8, 9-0.
• Saint Mary's improved to 9-9 on the season with three MIAA victories last week. The Belles started with a 9-0 win at home versus Trine April 6 and tallied 8-1 weekend wins over Adrian April 8 and Olivet April 9. Maddie Minaudo (Jr., South Bend, Ind.) dropped only one game in three No. 5 singles matches and also added three wins at No. 3 doubles.
