• Calvin hosted Grand Valley State and Hillsdale Oct. 20 for a double dual, with the Knights prevailing over Hillsdale, 148-86. Multiple swimmers turned in top times, with Anna Serino (Jr., Pinckney, Mich.) winning the 200 free (1:56.12) while Abby Van Harn (Sr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) won the 100 free (53.89). Both efforts are in the top 15 in their respective categories on a national level.
• All six MIAA teams will be in action Friday, Oct. 27 at the MIAA Relays, hosted by Calvin at 6 p.m. at the Venema Aquatic Center.
