Five MIAA Women's Soccer Programs Receive United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches announced Thursday (Oct. 4) the teams that earned the United Soccer Coaches' 2017-18 College Team Academic Award, which is presented to collegiate soccer programs that have a minimum grade-point average of 3.0 or higher for the entire academic year.

Five MIAA women's soccer programs met the standard set by the national coaching organization to be recognized for their academic success last academic year. A total of 489 collegiate women's soccer programs across all divisions received the academic honor.
