OLIVET, Mich. – Albion College played from behind for the majority of the contest in a 3-1 setback in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's soccer contest at Olivet College.
Domenique Sarnecky scored the equalizer in the 25th minute as Albion maintained a 1-1 tie at halftime. Jenna Urso dished out the assist.
Isabelle Leon and Jeanette Fisher scored goals for Olivet in the second half.
Olivet finished the day with a 14-8 advantage in shots. Sarnecky was credited with three of Albion's shots and Caroline Eagan had two.
Albion, 5-4 overall and 3-3 against MIAA rivals, will play its next four contests at home. The homestand begins Tuesday with a 4 o'clock match against Kalamazoo College.
