FREELAND, Mich. -- The Albion women's lacrosse program claimed the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association's (MIAA) championship title after concluding the 2022 season with a 6-1 mark in league play.  This is the second MIAA title in program history for the Brits.

Joining the Brits in the four-team MIAA Tournament are No. 2 Saint Mary's (5-2), No. 3 Hope (5-2), and No. 4 Trine (5-2).  The three-way tie was broken by the manual rule of goal differential, followed by head-to-head.
