Week #4 Wrap-Up for March 12-18

• Albion jumped out to an early lead on the way to a 19-7 win over Augustana March 17. The Britons forced 25 turnovers defensively, while Cait Gaitley (Sr., Grosse Pointe, Mich.) scored six goals on the attack.

• Alma rattled off 11 goals in the first half on the way to a 16-13 victory against Cleary March 16. Brianna Soriano (Sr., San Diego, Calif.) led the offense with a game-high seven goals, while Allie Ray (So., Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) made 15 saves to stay among the national leaders in saves per game.

• Kalamazoo ran away with an 18-3 win over Cleary March 15. Both Rachel Madar (Fr., DeWitt, Mich.) and Amanda Moss (Jr., Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) had first-half hat tricks for the Hornets.

• Saint Mary's added two more wins to remain unbeaten through four games this year. The Belles cruised to a 19-2 win at Pacific (Ore.) March 13 before a 20-2 win against Linfield March 14. On the week, Erin Doyle (Fr., Niskayuna, N.Y.) aded 13 goals and three assists to move into a tie for first nationally for points per game (9.0).
