#D3MIAA Teams and Individuals Gain Academic Honors from IWLCA

GRAND LAKE, Colo. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced Wednesday (July 26) the honorees for both the 2017 Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad and the 2017 IWLCA Zag Sports Division III Academic Honor Roll.

Five MIAA institutions and 16 student-athletes from six MIAA schools were recognized by the IWLCA. 

Teams must combine for a 3.0 team grade-point average for the academic year to be honored. Individually, student-athletes must be at least a junior status and own a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.
