Twenty-Eight MIAA Softball Players Named to CSC Academic All-District® Team

Twenty-eight student-athletes from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) were announced to the Academic All-District® Softball Team by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on May 16, 2023.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top studentathletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic AllAmerica® honorees will be announced June 6.

Adrian College, Calvin University, and Kalamazoo College all lead the MIAA softball programs with five All-District® honorees each.  Four players from Alma College, Hope College, and Trine University were named to the All-District Team®, while Olivet College is represented by one honoree.
