Trine won its third Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Outdoor Track and Field Championship title in program history, finishing the final day of events with a total of 219 points.

Olivet College senior Jordon Brown finished the 400m run in record-breaking fashion with a time of 47.30.  The previous record of 47.32 was set in 2016.  Calvin University freshman Koby VanderWoude claimed second place after clocking in at 47.83, while Alma College junior Landon Jennings rounded out the top three with a time of 49.30.

Adrian College senior West Kvalevog defended his championship title in the high jump with a performance of 1.97m.  Trine University junior Greysen Spohn was the runner-up with a mark of 1.86m, followed by Albion College junior Armund Gordon Jr. in third place (1.83m).

Aidan Kyle, a sophomore at Hope College, won the javelin for the second-straight year with a throw of 53.05m.  Trine sophomore Ethan Spahr came in second place (51.43m) and was trailed by Hope sophomore Alexander Daniels (48.72m).

Brit Armund Gordon Jr. notched a victory in the triple jump with a leap of 13.63m.  Ethan Spahr of Trine was the runner-up with a performance of 13.34m, followed by Albion junior Ronnie Puczkowski in third place (13.22m).

Calvin clinched the top two spots in the 3000m steeplechase.  Sophomore Eric Swinson defended his championship title with a time of 9:22.85 and was trailed shortly behind by classmate Nick Henz (9:22.86).  Hope junior Daniel Campbell clocked in at 9:30.17 for a third-place finish.

Albion earned the top two spots on the podium for the discus event.  Junior Eddie Hines won with a toss of 45.28m and sophomore Connor Dewan was the runner-up (44.10m).  Calvin sophomore Misael Martinez Vasquez rounded out the top three with a throw of 42.13m.

The Brits clinched the win in the 4x100m relay, finishing 0.02 seconds ahead of Hope with a time of 41.86.  The winning quartet included Ronnie Puczkowski, Will Davis, Armund Gordon Jr., and DaMario Chapman.  In third place, Alma College concluded the race in 41.86.

Hope junior Eli Meder notched a victory in the 1500m run after clocking in at 3:58.94.  Sophomore teammate Connor Vachon was the runner-up (3:59.21) and was trailed by Calvin sophomore Thaine Nederveld in third place (3:59.38).

Jake Gladieux of Trine defended his championship title in the 110m hurdles after clocking in at 14.84.  The Thunder swept the top three spots including Greysen Spohn in second place (15.20) and Evan Selby in third (15.37).

Albion's DaMario Chapman earned a first-place finish in the 100m dash with a time of 10.89.  Teammate Will Davis finished second (10.94) and was followed by Hope's Liam Danitz in third place (10.95).

Lucas Guidone of Hope clinched the win in the 800m run (1:55.53) and teammate Eli Meder concluded the event in second place (1:56.74).  Trine's Philip Nemecek rounded out the top three with a time of 1:56.89.

Trine's Jake Gladieux defended his championship title in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.53.  Hope swept the next three spots with Nathaniel Woolum in second (54.05), Jackson Player in third (57.22), and Joshua Ennen in fourth (57.29).

Olivet's Jordon Brown earned another victory with a time of 21.51 in the 200m dash.  Hope's Liam Danitz was the runner-up after clocking in at 22.09, followed by Albion's DaMario Chapman in third place (22.41).

Thaine Nederveld of Calvin notched a victory in the 5000m run after clocking in at 15:15.18.  Trine's Ryan Hoopingarner earned a second-place finish (15:18.15), while Calvin's Will Hofmann completed the event in third (15:25.59).

Calvin finished first in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:17.24.  The winning quartet included Corbin DeBoer, Connor Lubberts, Morrison Ismond, and Koby VanderWoude.  Hope was the runner-up after clocking in at 3:18.58 and Adrian finished third (3:21.41).
