No. 36 Adrian

The Bulldogs will start their outdoor campaign Saturday, March 30 at the Hanover Invitational.


Albion

Roscell Hines (Chicago, Ill.) achieved a personal record of 13.57 meters in taking first place in the triple jump at the Indiana Wesleyan Polar Bear Invitational last Saturday…Trevor Knowles (Cartersville, Ga.) was the runner up in the triple (13.25m) and long (6.62m) jump events…Aaron Weimer (Holland, Mich.) ran third in the 1,500 meters (4:03.11).


Alma

The Scots traveled to Indiana Wesleyan University to take part in the Polar Bear Invitational on Saturday (March 23). Junior Jacob Wildenhaus (Jackson, Mich.) the 110-meter hurdles event in 15.90 seconds, good for second place while senior Kyle Kraus (Middleville, Mich.) set a new personal record with his 41.85-meter javelin throw. Junior Payton Hirschenberger (Freeland, Mich.) also set a new personal-best time in the men's 800-meter run. 


Calvin

Calvin took first place at the Island Meet in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Knights posted a team score of 343 points. Junior Caleb Ferguson posted a time of 9:26 in the steeplechase with his time ranking in the top five in the country. Senior Brendan VanHouten won the discus (49.37m) and hammer throw (52.57m) with both marks ranking in the top 10 nationally.


No. 46 Hope

Discus thrower Chase Gaca (Kingsley, Mich.) led a group of six scoring performances for the Hope College outdoor men’s track & field team at the Emory Invitational on Saturday in Atlanta, Georgia. Gaca finished second in the discus throw with a toss of 39.83 meters. Hope placed fifth out of 31 scoring teams with 54.5 points. On Friday, Josh Izenbart (Glenwood, Ill.) posted two runner-up performances during the Emory College Invitational on Friday in Atlanta, Georgia. The junior finished second in the javelin with a toss of 48.81 meters and runner-up in the high jump by clearing 2.00 meters.


Olivet

Did not compete.


Trine

Trine finished 14th out of 28 teams at the Emory Invitational...Nick Zak outpaced 39 total runners in the 1500-meter run in heats 1-4 with a mark of 4:02.25...Nick Gerber won the hammer throw with a best throw of 52.86m to take the lead in the MIAA in the event.
