MIAA Men's Outdoor Track & Field Week #4 Wrap-Up

• Adrian traveled to Indiana to take part in a six-team meet at Huntington University March 8. Jordan Davis (Jr., Ottawa Lake, Mich.) was a three-time winner in the high jump (1.95m), 400m hurdles (57.39) and 110m hurdles with a personal record of 14.71 seconds.

• Albion finished seventh in the 13-team Marv Frye Invitational April 8. Richard Annorat (So., Naples, Fla.) won the long jump with an effort of 22 feet, 1.5 inches and andded a second-place finish in the triple jump (44 feet, 6.75 inches).

• Alma took part in the Bulldog Open April 8, hosted by Ferris State. The top finish for the Scots came from the fleet feet of the 4x100m relay team, which finished second with a time of 44.61.

• Calvin also competed at the Ferris State Bulldog Open April 8, where Noah Buteyn (Jr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) and Lee Barents (So., Redlands, Calif.) were event winners; Buteyn captured the 400m hurdles title (56.93) while Barents beat the field in the long jump (22 feet, 1 inch).

• Hope placed sixth overall at the 10-team Wheaton Invitational April 8. Cameron Jones (Sr., Holland, Mich.) won the 800m run with a time of 1:56.96 and was the lone winner for Hope on the day. 

• Olivet joined Alma and Calvin at the Bulldog Open at Ferris State April 8. Mitchell Smith (Jr., Richmond, Mich.) continued his attack on the Olivet record book, improving his record in the hammer throw with an effort of 142 feet, 10 inches. Smith added a PR in the discus throw (138 feet, 6 inches).
