• Calvin went 1-1 against MIAA opponents, defeating Trine April 8, 5-4. Rodrigo C.V. Guzman (Fr., Tarija, Bolivia) was an 8-3 winner at No. 2 doubles and followed up with a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 1 doubles to boost the Knights.
• Hope edged MIAA foe Calvin April 5, 6-3; in the contest, Danny Kroeze (Fr., Holland, Mich.) tallied a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles to go with an 8-3 victory at No. 2 doubles.
• Kalamazoo tallied a trio of victories, including two MIAA wins to go with their 5-4 win at No. 39 UW-Whitewater April 9. In the matchup against regional foes, the Hornets rallied from a 2-1 deficit after doubles with straight set wins at No. 1, No. 4, and No. 5 singles along with a three-set rally by Noah Karoub (Fr., Farmington Hills, Mich.) at No. 6 singles.
• Trine split a week of MIAA matches, defeating Albion April 5, 6-3. Judson Quinn (Jr., Russiaville, Ind.) came back from a No. 1 doubles loss to post a 7-6, 6-7, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles.
