• Alma registered an 8-1 win over Manchester Feb. 25 for their first win of the season. In a 10-game pro set style due to adverse conditions, Alma won five of six singles matches.

• Calvin won their third match of the season, defeating Lake Forest Feb. 25, 5-4. Matt Van Winkle (Jr., St. Joseph, Mich.) won the decisive singles match, a three-set win at No. 4 singles; 3-6, 6-0, 6-3.
