The Hope College men's tennis team fell to regionally ranked Whitworth, Washington 9-0 on Friday in Orlando, Florida.

It was the last of four matches down south this week for the Flying Dutchmen.

Junior Sam Kreps of Holland, Michigan (Holland HS) and freshman Sam Folkert of Hamilton, Michigan (Hamilton HS) had the closest match with a 9-8 defeat at No. 3 doubles to Nick Hughes and Ian Fisher. 

Hope returns to action on Tuesday, April 4 with a 4 p.m. home match against Trine.
