17 MIAA Men's Swimmers and Divers Selected All-Americans by CSCAA

17 men's swimmers and divers from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) were announced as All-Americans by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches of America (CSCAA) on May 31.

Due to the cancellation of their respective national championships, selection procedures were adjusted for the season. Swimming selections were made on the basis of verified performances in bona-fide competition submitted by their respective coaches. Division III diving selections were conducted via a video evaluation of performances from the 2020-21 academic year.

Hope leads the pack with seven student-athletes on the list, followed by Albion with five student-athletes, Calvin with four selections, and Kalamazoo with one diver.

Albion's Jake Huttenlocher and Declan Tharp, Calvin's Noah Holstege and the MIAA's three-time Most Valuable Swimmer Julian Iturbe, and Hope's Ben Catton were each named All-Americans in three events.  Those receiving All-America honors for two events include Calvin's Julien Camy and Jacob Heeres, Hope's Conor East and Jake Peterson, and Kalamazoo's Sam Ankley, who was selected as the 2021 MIAA Co-Most Valuable Diver.
