• Albion came back from an early deficit at Calvin Jan. 14 to post a 158-142 win in MIAA dual meet action against two Top 25 programs. Gerardo Huidobro (So., Lima, Peru) won both the 500 free (4:52.28) and 400 IM (4:15.93) was the lone two-time winner for the Brits, but the team's depth in both the 200 back and 200 breast helped lift Albion to the win.

• Olivet overwhelmed Alma Jan. 14 in an MIAA dual meet, 114-67. The trio of Lucas Bunn (So., Allegan, Mich.), Zach Mehard (Fr., Clinton Twp., Mich.), and Eric Wood (Fr., West Branch, Mich.) each had individual wins while fueling Olivet's 400 free relay team to a win in 3:39.85.

• Hope and Kalamazoo both swam at the Michigan-Illinois Quad Jan. 14 in Wheaton, Ill.; Hope placed second, while Kalamazoo finished fourth. Kalamazoo's Keyan Boniadi (Fr., Laguna Niguel, Calif.) won the 500 free in 4:55.57, while teammate Matt Zhiss (Sr., Wheaton, Ill.) was the winner in the 200 breast (2:18.34). Hope's Ryan Johnson (Sr., Milford, Mich.) and Charlie Emmert (Grand Blanc, Mich.) each had second-place individual swims along with a second place finish in the 400 free relay.
