• Albion had a strong showing at the two-day Carthage Invitational Dec. 2-3, as the Brits won eight individual events and four relays. Gerardo Huidobro (So., Lima, Peru) had solo victories in the 1650 free, 500 free, 200 breast, and 200 fly. Sebastian Tostado (Sr., Estado de Mexico, Mexico) touched first in the 200 free with an NCAA B cut time of 1:40.43, finished second in the 100 free, anchored Albion's 800 free relay winning team, and was a part of both the Brits' 400 medley relay and 400 free relay winning squads.
• Against a field that included both NCAA Division I and Division II competition, Calvin took third in their own Calvin Invitational Dec. 2-3. Ben Holstege (So., Keswick, Va.) finished fourth in the 100 back with an NCAA B time of 50.18. The Knights' 200 medley relay team of Ben Holstege, Eli Holstege (Sr., Keswick, Va.), Brett Stoughton (Sr., Centerville, Ind.), and Jared Britton (So., Falls Church, Va.) finished second overall with a time of 1:30.81.
