Here is a recap of last week's action in the pool:

• Calvin hosted Albion along with Carthage and Ohio Northern for a challenging quad on the weekend, as Calvin finished second overall while Albion took third. Calvin was the winner in three relays and five individual events; Ben Holstege (So., Keswick, Va.) had an effort in all three relay wins along with individual wins in the 100 back and 100 free. Albion won two events outright in 1-meter diving and 100 fly.

• Kalamazoo lost its dual with NCAA Division II Saginaw Valley State Nov. 5, 149-90. Colin Grogan (Jr., Grand Rapids, Mich.) was a two-time winner in diving for the Hornets.

• Olivet dropped a dual against Notre Dame (Ohio) Nov. 5, 151-117. Dalton Miner (Fr., Sunnyvale, Calif.) was victorious in both diving events, while Eric Wood (Fr., West Branch, Mich.) had a first-place finish in the 500 free along with two second-place efforts.
