Olivet stuns Albion in overtime

OLIVET, Mich. – First-year players Will Colborn and Shawn Roberts scored for Albion in the first half, but the Britons were unable to hold the early 2-0 lead in suffering a 3-2 setback to Olivet in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association men's soccer action.

Alistair Law got Olivet on the board 11 minutes into the second half and he assisted on Matthew Henderson's game-winner with four minutes remaining in the second overtime period. Jordan Terry produced the equalizer with 15 minutes remaining in regulation.

Albion was charged with taking 25 shots, including 12 on goal. Roberts generated four shots, while Jonathan DiNunzio and Evan Schweizer had three apiece.

Albion (5-9-1 overall and 3-7 against league rivals) visits Trine University Tuesday afternoon.
