Adrian, Mich. – The Adrian College men's soccer team hosted Muskingum University in their home opener.  Muskingum won the game 1-0, handing the Bulldogs their second loss of the season.  Adrian College's freshman Brandon Katona had a strong showing in the match leading the team in shots on goal with two.

The Bulldogs amassed 30 shots on goal during the game with 9 of them on goal, but could not find the back of the net.  Katona led the team with seven shots while sophomore Shayan Shushtari added  six of his own in the losing effort.

Adrian College will look to bounce back from the loss on the road, as they travel to Anderson, Ind. on Friday September 11 to face Anderson University, game time scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
