All-MIAA - Men's Lacrosse - 2023

HUDSONVILLE, Mich. -- At the conclusion of the 2023 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) men's lacrosse regular season, head coaches from the MIAA's seven member institutions that sponsor men's lacrosse voted on All-MIAA awards.

Albion College swept the three men's lacrosse accolades after the Brits won the regular-season title with a 6-0 mark in league play for the No. 1 seed in the MIAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament.

Fifth-year senior attacker Jace Conley was voted the 2023 MIAA Offensive Player of the Year.  Conley concluded conference play as the league's leader with 47 points, 31 goals, and 47 shots on goal.  He is also second in the MIAA with 16 assists.  Conley is now a four-time All-MIAA honoree and was selected as the MIAA Men's Lacrosse Offensive Athlete of the Week three times this season.

Senior midfielder Eddie Symons earned the honor of 2023 MIAA Defensive Player of the Year.  Symons finished the regular season as the conference leader with 111 ground balls, 137-of-191 won faceoffs, and a faceoff percentage of .717.  Symons became a two-time All-MIAA recipient this season and was named the MIAA Men's Lacrosse Defensive Athlete of the Week three times this year.

Freshman midfielder Cal Stearns was selected as the 2023 MIAA Rookie of the Year.  At the conclusion of league play, Stearns leads the conference with seven man-up goals.  He is also second with 60 shots and fifth with 19 goals.

Albion's Sam Puzevic and Hope's Michael Mann and Tucker Martinez became three-time All-MIAA honorees this season.  Joining Symons as a two-time All-MIAA recipient are Adrian's Cameron Reed and Sam Spangler, and Albion's Ethan Rottell.
