LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) released its Team of the Week for March 7 nominations. For the Adrian College men's lacrosse team, Max Leventis picked up the honor for his performances during last week's two games against Lake Forest and Earlham.

This weekly accolade comes one day after Leventis was just named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week. Last week, Leventis was lights out from the faceoff dot where he won 17 of 20 faces offs against Lake Forest and 12 of 13 face offs against Earlham. The Bulldogs went on to outscore both opponents by a combined score of 39-8.

Leventis also managed to record an assist during Saturday's game against Earlham. During the week, he picked up 18 ground balls against Lake Forest and six against Earlham to combine for 24 on the week.

This is the fourth time in Leventis' career that he was named to the USILA Team of the Week with his other honors coming on March 16, 2021, March 10, 2020, and February 26, 2019.

Leventis will look for another successful week with two games as they Bulldogs host Westminster College (PA), and Chatham University on Thursday and Saturday of this week.
