MIAA Men's Lacrosse Athletes Recognized with All-Region Honors by IMLCA

The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) is represented by 10 student-athletes on the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Assocation (IMLCA) All-Region 5 Team, including Albion College's Joey Tatar who was announced as the Region 5 Defensive Player of the Year.  The Albion coaches also received the honor of Coaching Staff of the Year.

The Albion men's lacrosse program, led by head coach Jake DeCola, won its fifth MIAA Tournament title this year.  The Brits had four players selected to All-Region 5 Teams.

Defenseman Joey Tatar was named to the First Team, while also earning the regional title of Defensive Player of the Year.  Attacker Jace Conley, short stick midfielder Gerald Haadsma, and midfielder Sam Puzevic were all announced to the All-Region Second Tean.

Hope College had a total of six student-athletes named to IMLCA All-Region Teams.  The Flying Dutchmen earned the MIAA regular-season championship after going undefeated (6-0) in league play.

Both goalie Ian Bosman and attackman Jack Radzville earned a spot on the All-Region First Team.  Long stick midfielder Brayden Blackburn and midfielder Ethan Pinto were named to the All-Region Second Team, while both defenseman Andrew Conlon and attackman Michael Mann were on the Honorable Mention Team.
