All-MIAA - Men's Lacrosse - 2022

FREELAND, Mich. -- At the conclusion of the 2022 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) men's lacrosse regular season, head coaches from the MIAA's seven member institutions that sponsor men's lacrosse voted on All-MIAA awards.

Hope senior attacker Jack Radzville earned the title of MIAA Most Valuable Offensive Player for the second-straight year after leading the Flying Dutchmen to a perfect 6-0 mark in league play and the top seed in the MIAA Tournament.  Radzville also became a three-time All-MIAA honoree this season.  He concluded the regular season as the MIAA's leader in points (40), goals (28), and shots on goal (47), while finishing third in both assists (12) and shots (62).

Senior long stick midfielder Brayden Blackburn of Hope was named the 2022 MIAA Most Valuable Defensive Player after also assisting the Flying Dutchmen to the championship title.  Blackburn became a three-time All-MIAA recipient, including two years on First Team and one on Second Team.

Albion freshman defender Will Tessin was voted the 2022 MIAA Rookie of the Year after leading the Brits to a 5-1 conference record and the No. 2 seed in the MIAA Tournament.

Seven players are receiving All-MIAA recognition for the third time in their careers including Albion's Jace Conley and Joey Tatar, Hope's Blackburn, Liam Cunningham, Radzille, and Cole Scheffler, and Trine's Dave Keptner.  Albion's Gerald Haadsma, Sam Puzevic, and Brock Yabs, Calvin's Chase Sparling and Hunter Stearns, and Hope's Andrew Conlon, Michael Mann, and Zach Wiggins all became two-time All-MIAA honorees this season.
