Hope College's Terrell Harris has been selected to the D3football.com Team of the Week.

The fifth-year senior from Whitehall, Michigan (Whitehall HS) is honored for his special teams play during last week's 42-28, come-from-behind victory against Loras College (Iowa) at Ray and Sue Smith Stadium.

Harris returned a second-quarter punt 90 yards for a touchdown and broke a 64-year-old school record set by Sherwood Vander Woude vs. Albion in 1959. The Flying Dutchmen trailed, 14-0, before the return.

The education major later caught a 34-yard pass before halftime that tied the score at 21-21.

Harris finished with two receptions and 38 yards and four carries for 51 yards.

This is the first time Harris has been honored by D3football.

On Monday, Harris was named the MIAA Football Special Teams Athlete of the Week.
