Sophomore quarterback Luke Lovell (Pinckney, Mich. / Pinckney) was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week following his performance at Rose-Hulman on Saturday.

Lovell had both a career and record-breaking day as he helped guide Albion College to a cruising 49-17 win over Rose-Hulman on the road.  He tied the Albion record for most touchdown passes in a game with six, while also adding one rushing touchdown.  Lovell completed 15-of-23 passes for 321 yards - a new career best.

Lovell currently leads the conference with a completion percentage of .662 and a 185.6 pass efficiency rating.

The Albion offense accumulated 512 total yards of offense and averaged 7.3 yards per play.

The Brits will travel to Wisconsin-Eau Claire for a 2:10 p.m. game on Saturday, September 24.
