Twelve MIAA Baseball Players Earn CSC Academic All-District® Recognition

Twelve student-athletes from the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) were named to the Academic All-District® Baseball Team by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on May 16, 2023.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top studentathletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes baseball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic AllAmerica® honorees will be announced June 7.

Kalamazoo College leads the MIAA baseball programs with four All-District® honorees, followed by Adrian College with three and Trine University with two named to the All-District Team®.  Alma College, Calvin University, and Hope College are each represented by one honoree.
