Senior midfielder Hannah Heeren (Belmont, Mich. / Rockford) assisted the Hornets to a 17-16 win over Wisconsin Eau Claire. Heeren was a huge reason Kalamazoo was able to edge out UW-Eau Claire, as the Hornets won 21-of-35 draw controls. Her performance totaled two ground balls, three caused turnovers, a team-high nine draw controls, and five goals.
