Freshman Lauren Brawt (Sanford, Mich. / Meridian Early College) competed at the SVSU Tune Up on Friday.  Brawt won the triple jump in her event debut with a distance of 9.83m.  That performance was also the third best in Alma indoor history and currently stands as the fifth-best jump in the MIAA so far this season.  Brawt also competed in the long jump where she was the top Division III finisher, placing fourth with a leap of 4.78m.
