Junior Lauren Reed (Battle Creek, Mich. / Harper Creek) competed at the Lynn Schweizer Invitational over the weekend. Reed shot a 77 on day one and a 78 on day two for a tournament total of 155. She placed sixteenth overall in a field that included the No. 2, No. 3, No. 10, No. 13, and No. 17 teams in the country, according to the Mizuno Coaches Poll. There were also five schools in the field who received votes in the Mizuno Coaches Poll.
