Freshman defenseman John Foster (Ada, Mich. / Forest Hills Central) assisted the Flying Dutchmen to the 2023 MIAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament title.  In the 16-7 semifinal victory over Calvin, Foster totaled three caused turnovers and three ground balls.  He tallied an additional three ground balls and two caused turnovers in the 23-14 championship win at top-seeded Albion.
