Junior center Daniah Beavers (Detroit, Mich. / L'Anse Creuse) assisted the Brits to a 2-0 record last week, including a 63-62 edge over No. 12-Trine and a 70-41 victory against Kalamazoo.  In Albion's first win against the Thunder since 2014, Beavers totaled 10 rebounds and 21 points with a .769 (10-of-13) field-goal percentage.  Beavers recorded 12 points and 10 boards in just 17 minutes against the Hornets.  Over the week, she had five blocks, three steals, and two assists.  In conference play alone, Beavers currently leads the MIAA with a .641 field-goal percentage, 58 offensive rebounds, and 130 total rebounds.
