Junior Andrea Taghon (Beulah, Mich. / Benzie Central) competed at the SVSU Tune-Up over the weekend.  In the 60m hurdle prelims, Taghon broke her school record of 9.96 seconds with a 9.94-second performance to qualify for the hurdle final in the sixth position.  She broke her school record again in the 60m hurdle finals with a time of 9.80 seconds, finishing third overall behind two hurdlers from Division II Wayne State.
