Sophomore Connor Vachon (Jenison, Mich. / Jenison) was deemed the 2022 Most Valuable Runner after notching a victory at the MIAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday, hosted by Alma College at Shepherd High School.  Vachon's 8K time of 24:21.2 assisted the Flying Dutchmen to a second-place finish.  Vachon is now a two-time All-MIAA honoree.
