Senior midfielder Mason Smith (Flint, Mich. / Flint Powers Catholic) assisted the Knights to the 2022 MIAA Men's Soccer Tournament title with a 3-2 edge over Albion in the Semifinals, followed by a 3-0 victory against Hope in the Championship game.  Smith contributed a goal against the Flying Dutchmen and totaled three shots on goal over the week.  Overall, he is the league's leader with seven assists throughout the 2022 campaign.
