Junior cross country runner Brandan Knepper (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) earned the title of Most Valuable Runner after assisting the Knights to their 34th-straight championship with a first-place finish.  Knepper became a three-time All-MIAA recipient after improving on a 13th-place finish in 2019 to clock in at 25:07.1 for the victory.
