The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) tabbed Kaitlyn Arnold of Alma as the Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday for meets through Jan. 31.

Arnold, a junior from Jackson, won track athlete honors after recording a lifetime personal best time of 17:54.66 in the 5000 meter run. Her time placed her third overall at the Saginaw Valley State Invitational last weekend. She also ran the third leg for Alma’s 4x400m relay that finished 14th overall.
