Brad Bogus of Albion claimed Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week honors on Monday for games through April 24.

Bogus, a senior from Lake Orion, earned defensive honors by leading the Albion defense in goal to a pair of MIAA road victories last week. He picked up 14 saves for a save percentage of 64 percent in a tight 9-8 victory at Trine on Saturday. Earlier in the week Bogus saved 60 percent of shots he faced in a win at Calvin. Along the way he added nine ground balls, including six in the one-goal win at Trine.
