• Calvin defeated Albion in dual action Jan. 13, 177-122. Top performers for Calvin included Abby Van Harn (Sr., Grand Rapids, Mich.), who was a two-time individual winner while also helping two Calvin relay squads to first-place efforts; one of those relay wins was the 200 medley relay, which set a pool record in 1:49.68.

• Hope won the four-team Michigan Illinois Quad Jan. 13, lifted by four event wins. Emma Schaefer (Fr., DeWitt, Mich.) was a two-time individual winner, capturing victories in the 200 breast (2:31.51) and 200 IM (2:15.76).

• Kalamazoo took part in the Michigan Illinois Quad Jan. 13, with diver Madeline Woods (Sr., Ann Arbor, Mich.) not only winning both the 1-meter and the 3-meter events, but setting a pool record for six dives on the 3-meter (244.10).

• Earning MIAA Athlete of the Week honors for Jan. 16 were:
