At the conclusion of the 2020 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association wrestling season, head coaches from the MIAA's four wrestling-sponsoring institutions voted on All-MIAA awards.
Alma's Brendan Ladd was voted Most Valuable Wrestler after going 3-0 against MIAA foes at the 141-pound weight class, including two pin falls. Over two seasons, Ladd owns a 6-0 record against MIAA opponents, including three pins and one major decision. Ladd headlines four repeat All-MIAA wrestlers, including Adrian's Devon Pingel, and Olivet's Cole Hersch and Reese Wallis.
Individuals that went 3-0 in MIAA dual meets at their respective weight class were automatically named All-MIAA wrestlers. The remaining weight class honorees were voted on by the four MIAA head coaches. Wrestlers that went 3-0 at their weight class were Adrian's Derick Duvall, Isaiah Espinoza, and Noah Nieman; Alma's Lucas Brewer and Brendan Ladd; and Olivet's Cole Hersch and Cameron Mahlich.
